Community focused service
I volunteer in Austin on a weekly basis because I love making a positive impact in our Austin community. Tech support is another way I can give to our community full time. I’ll make sure you feel supported as a family member would.

When you schedule an appointment, I prepare a personalized plan, just like a teacher would for class. I don’t just fix your problem, I walk you through the solution so you understand how to handle it next time.
Pricing:
In-home tech support: $70/hour
I come to you, either to fix a problem or teach you how to use a device more comfortably. Most visits take 30 minutes to an hour and a half. When you schedule, you’ll be prompted to enter some information about your issue or what you’d like to learn. I’ll make a plan and arrive the same or next day with solutions.
Remote tech support: $45/hour
For quick questions or problems that can be solved over phone or video call. Just quick help when you need it.
